A beautiful place to stay! The courtyard was lush and relaxing. my dogs had a safe place to explore and enjoy the sunshine. fabulous location on monon trail. Overall a pleasant abd relaxing place to call home for my trip!

This is a gem! Extremely clean, modern and comfortable!! Felt right at home. The location is precious - right on the Monon! It is a super peaceful neighborhood, and yet very central. Close to/in SoBro and many cool restaurants, close to Butler University and Broad Ripple. 10/10 - would love to stay again!

Max was very communicative and the studio space was very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, right on the Monon Trail and a very short walk to Half Liter or loads of other places. A fun area, but still very quiet in the studio. As a parent of a Butler senior, I wish I'd found this sooner!

Chic and comfortable stay above an art gallery and ice cream shop. The Monon trail is directly next to the property and an easy access to great shops, tasty bites, and neighborhood treasures. Will return!

Max's place was perfect for an overnight stay. My boys and I attended NIT basketball at Butler and this spot was a perfect location. close to restaurants and easy access to the college. the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. my 17 yr old said the pull out sofabed was very comfortable. would definitely stay here again!

Max was an awesome host! Super accommodating, friendly and quick to respond. We would not hesitate to stay at one of his properties in the future. The apartment was great, very walkable, clean, and an awesome location.

We loved this air bnb. It's spacious, clean, beautiful. We walked on the Monon trail every day. Half Liter, Momma Corollas restaurants were delicious within walking distance. We even bought glass art from Sheafer and King

Max was great, he showed great hospitality during our stay, had prompt communication, and even when the jacuzzi was down, he was willing to refund us 100%. The living space was cozy and the bed was even better. I will be staying here again when visiting family.

Stayed here with my family for a weekend and it was a great. The space is clean, beautiful, and has an open layout that made it easy to spend time together. Plenty of bedrooms and space for everyone, and the location made it easy to walk to restaurants and get around. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Will be staying here again for our next visit to Indy!
